Terms and Conditions
There is a minumum order charge of £30.00 for rosettes printed with society name.
V.A.T. must be added to the total at the current rate of 17.5%.
Payments
All orders must be paid in full before despatch unless prior arrangements have been made,
in which case orders must be paid within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Ordering Your Rosettes
Please try to give us as much time as possible (3-4 weeks notice of your show).
A surcharge may apply if given less than 2 weeks during busy periods.

Always Give us your contact details incl. Phone numbers.
We from time to time have to substitute colours, designs etc. but we will only do this if
absolutely necessary. The colour chart on the website is merely a guide and colours can look
different on different monitors.

Online Payment
We accept most types of credit card online. This is via our secure SSL encrypted website.
Payment will be made before the order will commence.
Should non payment arise any outstanding amount will be charged
interest daily at 4% above Barclay Bank PLC base rate.
Security
To prevent fraud your credit card details are sent over the internet
using industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Credit Card
companies offer general protection against fraud. Ask you credit
card company for details on the level of protection they offer.
Receipts
We will dispatch printed confirmation of your order to the delivery address.

Additional Terms
These terms and conditions are subject to change without notification.
No credit facility is offered.
Title of the goods does not pass to the Customer until payment is received in full.
No goods are tested or sold as being fit for a specific purpose unless expressly agreed in writing.
If any condition in this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable it shall be deemed separate
to the rest of the agreement and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the rest of
the terms.
These terms and conditions and agreements herein entered into shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties submit any proceedings to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

All images featured on our website are as representative of our product range as possible.
Please be aware that due to the varied settings of individual computers and monitors,
colours etc may vary slightly from actual products offered.
International Orders
The shopping facilities offered on this site are intended for UK customers only and prices are
quoted in UK pounds sterling only. Any online "purchases" made by non UK mainland customers are
treated as enquiries only until confirmed and are subject to different handling costs and terms
which will be supplied to the Customer for acceptance.
Any out of area delivery surcharges are also applied again in the event of a non delivery,
customer return or cancellation after the goods have been dispatched. Cancellations before
the goods are dispatched are treated as for UK customers.
Orders shipped outside the European Union are exclusive of sales tax/vat and it is the
responsibility of the customer to deal with any customs and taxation requirements.
